Refund Policy

At EcomFlow Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality website development and payment processing services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Website Development Services

Since website development requires time and effort, our refund policy is as follows:

Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we start, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
After Work Has Started: If work has already begun, we can issue a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
After Website Completion: Once the website is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)

For clients on recurring plans:

Monthly Plans: You can cancel anytime, but no refunds will be given for the current billing cycle. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Yearly Plans: Refunds are only available if canceled within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the subscription is non-refundable.
No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused months on yearly plans.

3. Payment Processing Services

Since we facilitate payments on behalf of businesses, all transactions processed through our system are final and non-refundable.

Transaction Fees Are Non-Refundable: If a payment is processed, the associated fees will not be refunded.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of services.

4. Exceptional Cases

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

If we fail to deliver the service as promised (within the agreed timeline).
If there is a proven error on our part that prevents service completion.

 

All refund requests must be submitted via email at ecomflow@outlook.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide:
Your full name and order number
The reason for the refund request
Any supporting details (e.g., screenshots, communication records)

 

Send your request to ecomflow@outlook.com, and our team will review it within 5-7 business days.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
